Signing of the twinning agreement between Tbilisi and Bucharest cities

On May 30, delegation of Tbilisi City Hall and City Council, headed by the Mayor Mr. Kakha Kaladze, paid an official visit to Romania.

Within the framework of the visit, the Mayor of Tbilisi held a meeting with his Romanian counterpart, the General Mayor of Bucharest, Mr. Nicusor Dan. The parties emphasized positive dynamics of the existing relations and discussed the prospects of future cooperation.

At the end of the meeting, the signing ceremony of the "Twinning Agreement between Tbilisi and Bucharest Municipalities" was held, which was attended by the Ambassador of Georgia, H.E. Mr. Nikoloz Nikolozishvili, the chairman of the Tbilisi City Council, Mr. Giorgi Tkemaladze, the Georgian Parliamentary Delegation led by the Chairman of the Foreign Relations Committee, Mr. Nikoloz Samkharadze, and the representatives of the "Friendship Center of Georgia and the Republic of Moldova".
